I have decided I am going to do a monthly “Hello” post to begin each month. I think it will be a great way to really focus on what I want to accomplish that month or what I am looking forward to, and a nice way to look back and reflect on each month. I really believe in always trying to improve yourself in some way, whether it is getting a promotion at work, or hitting a new target in your fitness journey, or something as simple as learning something new.
I absolutely LOVE fall ! It’s my favourite fashion season, football starts, and it’s approaching the busy season for my family when it comes to events … My bday is Oct16, Amare’s bday is Oct22, mine and my mans anniversary is Nov6, his bday is Dec28th then of course Christmas and New Year’s Eve! So September is the calm before the storm lol
This month I am going to be super busy planning Amare’s 2nd Bday party, and its the busy time of year for my job as well (so wish me luck). Another thing I really am going to focus on is getting back into my fitness routine and work harder towards my goal body. Over the summer, all the bbqing and nice weather day-drinking, etc had me fall off my routine a bit. I am only human though, so I am not gonna be too hard on myself, just focus on getting back on track 🙂
