Cooking With Ms Moore : Banana Pancakes 

Hi Dolls!

   The other morning I had a craving for pancakes but I have doing really well with eating clean, so I was looking for a healthier alternative .. And I found this banana pancakes recipe that is so light and yummy! 326 Calories

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal 
  • 1 whole egg 
  • 2 tsp coconut oil 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • OPTIONAL: chocolate chips, maple syrup  

   
Directions: 

  1. Peel and cut banana into slices 
  2. Add bananas, egg & oatmeal into blender. Blend until smooth  
  3. Heat up coconut oil in a frying pan
  4. Drop 2-3 tablespoons of mixture from blender into pan 
  5. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes on each side   
  6. Repeat until there is no mixture left

 

i added chocolate chips and a drizzle of maple syrup for a treat 😉
