Today marks the end of my first month using my FitBit. This little accessory has done so much for me in helping me to achieve fitness goals, track and motivate me to continue on my new healthy lifestyle.
In a recent post, I mentioned my goal for this past week was to reach a minimum of 10,000 steps per day. I ALMOST achieved it! The only day that I did not reach 10,000 was Monday, after the Superbowl! lol no excuse, but I was definitely having a lazy day after the Superbowl.
So now starting into my second month, and a new week I am making some new goals.
- reach minimum 10,000 steps per day
- burn my daily goal, calories-wise (2,216) every day
- work out a minimum of 6 days this week
I have been working out regularly again, for only a couple weeks, but I already feel such a difference, and I am so motivated! I will keep you all updated on my progress, and I’ll be doing some posts with workouts I am doing, food I am eating and fitness apps I am finding helpful.. so look out for those !
