Cooking with Ms Moore : Garlic Mozzarella Salmon & Green Beans Foil Pack

Hey Babes!

I was searching the internet for some new salmon recipes and tried one of them tonight. It was super easy to prepare, only took 30 mins to cook & was very light and yummy! And this whole dinner was only 360 calories!

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon filet
  •  roughly 10 green beans
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 Tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 2 Tsp lemon juice
  • ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Cut a sheet of aluminum foil large enough for the green beans and salmon
  3. Arrange the green beans on foil and top with the salmon  
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl to make a paste
  5. Smear the mixture on top of the salmon   
  6. Cut another piece of foil large enough to cover everything and fold up the sides  
  7. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes         

 Next time I am going to try this recipe with asparagus and Parmesan cheese to give it a different spin 🙂 Hope you enjoy, comment below and let me know if you try it.
