FitBit Week 1
Yesterday marked the end of my first week of using my FitBit and getting back into better shape. If you have been following my blog, you know I did the Fit Girls Guide-28 Day Jumpstart program, after I gave birth to my son. This program really helped me lose all my baby weight and actually get to a smaller size then I was pre-pregnancy.
After completing the program I still incorporated the clean eating habits into my everyday life, but I fell off a bit on the working out part! lol but.. when 2016 started I made the resolution (like many other people) to get into better shape and live a healthier, more positive life.
As you guys know from my recent post, I got the FitBit Flex and I absolutely love it! It has totally helped me stay motivated and keep track of my progress and activity everyday. In my first week (from Sunday-Saturday), I did 61,004 steps. My lowest day was 3,416 steps, which was the Sunday I got it, and my best day was 13,368 steps! 🙂 I also burned a total of 15,394 calories and walked an equivalent of 41.58 km. I have also started doing at home workouts for about 30-45 mins a day, mostly working on my core and squats.
