Sorry for my late update !
I was a bit bummed that I didn’t see as much improvement as I did after week 1, but my man reassured me that sometimes it happens like that. He also reminded me to look at the “big picture”, instead of looking at the improvement from last week, look at the improvement from the beginning of my Fit Girl journey. This made me feel better, and more motivated to keep going!
I am feeling stronger at this half way point, and I’m still loving all the recipes 🙂 I went and picked up my new workout outfit (end of week 2’s treat!), I’ll post a pic on my Instagram today. (Follow me @ms.fashionandmoore )
