Oscars 2015 Best & Worst Dressed
The Oscars are over, now the internet & social media will be filled with pictures, quotes, outtakes, memorable moments, and of course Best & Worst Dressed from the red carpet !!
Here are my personal Hits & Misses:
BEST (in no specific order)
1) Rosamund Pike wearing Givenchy
Rosamund was nominated for Best Actress, and shined in a strapless, custom red Givenchy dress with a high slit & lace overlay. The satin detailing showed off her tiny waist. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked the red shoe but it works! & her effortless makeup and hair let the dress shine!
Lupita was at the Oscars as a presenter this year, but still shined like one of the winners. She wore a white, open back, custom Calvin Klein dress. I absolutely LOVE the detailing of this dress. Can you believe this dress is made of 6,000 pearls! This giant strand of pearls drapes her body perfectly, and her minimal makeup just tops off this look.
I LOVE this look! Margot rocked the red carpet in a black long sleeve Saint Laurent gown, with a sexy plunging neckline. Her LOB (long bob), fierce red lip & statement necklace really pulled this whole look together!
5) Jennifer Aniston wearing Versace
Jen stole the spotlight in a super sexy beaded, strapless Versace gown. She was not nominated, but she was presenting. Jennifer is usually ridiculed for her “classic but dull” red carpet fashion, but she totally knocked it out of the park in this nude dress! This recent Versace collection is one of my favs (super sexy), and I love seeing Jen in one of their gowns. Of course, she kept to her own style with “not so done” hair and natural glowing makeup.
