FitGirl 28 Day JumpStart – Day 8
I survived week 1!
I can genuinely say I LOVE this program!! I have more energy, and I feel healthier and stronger already! The meal plans are so easy to stick to, and so yummy!!
My end of week 1 update is:

I went into this not wanting to lose a lot of weight or get “skinnier”, I just wanted to tone up and eat/live healthier. It has been so easy to stick with because the meals are so yummy, the workouts are only 30mins a day, and it isn’t structured as a strict diet, but more as a FUN guide!
I am very excited to see how much more progress I achieve over the next three weeks. I’ll of course keep you all updated! 🙂
