FitGirl 28 Day JumpStart – Day 1 & 2!

Yesterday was Day 1 of the Fit Girl 28 Day Jumpstart Program, I told you guys I am doing. It was awesome!! I loved all the meals in my meal plan, and this morning I could feel my muscles had been worked from my arm exercises.

My lunch: pasta with marinara sauce, chicken, and roasted red pepper, green beans, kale & spinach

I don’t have the confidence (yet!) to post my body “before” pics that I took yesterday, but I will post them with my “after” pics, once the program is done.

My Starting weight is 133.4 and my measurements are:

Chest: 36 inches
Waist: 30 inches
Hips: 39 inches
Upper arms: 10 inches
Upper thighs: 21.5 inches

Today was booty day, and tomorrow is Abs. I really enjoy the full breakdown of the exercises, and I had a great workout partner yesterday that made it fun! Lol
